What is a Corporation?

A Corporation is an artificial entity created by law and it is separate from its owners who are shareholders.

A Corporation is one in which its shareholders liability is restricted to the amount of share capital such holders have contributed to the company.

A Private Corporation is one whose shares are not available for buying and selling by the general public. A Public Corporation is one whose shares are generally available for purchase and sale by the general public.
